The HG team was so gracious and helpful when I messaged them! I got a custom message on my keychain and they made it so easy and were beyond fast at their response! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lettering on the keychain is crooked 😞 but this company is by far the most responsive and helpful I have ever interacted with on Etsy.
